Party Information

Our parties are one hour and thirty minutes in length, although extra time is available for a fee. Our party leader along with an assistant, will serve as your personal hostesses for the entire party. Party goers will enjoy a fun dance warm up,  dance games, and a follow along routine that matches your theme. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Cake, presents and more birthday fun will follow. Parents are welcome to join us the last ten minutes to see the routine they learned.

 

 

Base Price:  $250 up to 15 children + Birthday Child                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Deposit: $50 Non-refundable deposit required.

All parties include:

  • Invitations: We will customize and email invitations for you. You just need to provide a list of names with emails.
  • Table Settings: Includes general birthday plates, cups, forks, napkins, and tablecloths. 
  • Party Sign with your child's name printed. A take home party momento from Tiny Tutus to your child. 
  • Parents Provide: Birthday cake, candles, drinks, or any other desired snacks or food. Parents have the option to decorate minimally 15 minutes prior to the party start time.

 

Add-ons:

  • Add-a-Craft: $75.00 – Add a craft to any party package! Children can make a fun craft that will match their theme perfectly! With this option, party goers will also be given an extra 30 minutes of party time (included in Add-a-Craft price) to complete their craft.
  • Don’t want the party to end? Add additional party time. Additional party time: $50 per half hour and must be booked in advance.

Book My Party : Call or submit request (top of page) to book a party. All parties must be booked in advance with a $50.00 non refundable deposit. Parties will be booked by availability of facility and staff. 

Party Release Form: Each guest must fill out a release form. Party Release Form

Party Regulations:

  • Party Waivers – In order to participate, each party guest must have a completed, signed waiver. The waiver can be obtained on our website or at the studio.
  • Absolutely no alcohol allowed on the premises.
  • Host parent is able to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party and must vacate the premises no later than 15 minutes after the end time of the party. Any additional time will require an additional $50.00 fee added to the party balance.
  • Guest parents are welcome to stay and watch the last 10 minutes for the special performance.
  • Small snacks, cake, cupcakes, and pizza are allowed and are provided by parents.
