*It is recommended students wear black leotard, pink footed tights, black ballet skirt and pink leather ballet slippers with no drawstring. Hair should be pulled back neatly in a bun or ponytail. It is recommended gentlemen wear a white t-shirt and black bottoms (pants or shorts), black leather ballet slippers.
Prima Ballet class runs September through May. The season ends with a beautiful recital which gives dancers a chance to shine in front of family and friends! The recital experience helps children build self esteem and contributes to a sense of confidence. The rehearsal process of learning a dance helps children develop retentions skills and the ability to work as a team. Prima Ballet students perform 1 dance + finale in recital. They will begin learning routine around the end of January. We have tried to make our recital as family friendly and enjoyable as possible. The recital is not mandatory to participate in this class.
