Sending your favorite dancer a personalized "ad" in our recital program is a great way to commemorate their dance year.  (Program size is 5.5x8.5)
 
VERY IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ!!!
ONCE YOU PAY FOR AD, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH QR CODE TO FILL OUT YOUR STAR AD FORM AND TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS. The google form will ask you to either choose a predesigned template (we do the work-you provide the picture of your dancer) or you can choose to design your own ad. You will need to submit a separate form for each ad submitted but can pay for the total in one payment. 
ALL PAYMENTS/FORMS ARE DUE BY APRIL 6TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
