Sending your favorite dancer a personalized "ad" in our recital program is a great way to commemorate their dance year.  (Program size is 5.5x8.5)
 
VERY IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ!!!
ONCE YOU PAY FOR AD, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DOWNLOAD AND AN EMAIL WITH QR CODE/LINK TO FILL OUT YOUR STAR AD FORM AND TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS. The google form will ask you to either choose a predesigned template (we do the work-you provide the picture of your dancer) or you can choose to design your own ad. You will need to submit a separate form for each ad submitted but can pay for the total in one payment. 
ALL PAYMENTS/FORMS ARE DUE BY APRIL 6TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.
